Achieve Your Running Goals in just 30-Minutes with CrossTown Fitness’ New Total Body Run Classes

Tired of long runs, or just logging miles? Runners can soon maximize their training in just half an hour right on the treadmill with CrossTown Fitness’ new Total Body Run Classes.

Beginning in February, CrossTown Fitness will offer this new class aimed at increasing overall running performance. The class will have a short 30-minute format focusing on speed, incline and endurance. Instead of tacking on miles, this class’ structured intervals will help candidates achieve running goals faster.

All fitness levels are welcome, from novice runners all the way up to marathoners. CTF’s experienced and current Excursion Run trainers, Tori Karsten and Kiersten McCartney, will help scale the workout to fit each runner’s pace. Tori, an avid half marathon runner and former D1 Field Hockey player, and Kiersten, a 2016 Boston Marathon qualifier, will combine their backgrounds to help attendees reach their goals.

Starting Monday, February 13.
Monday 9-9:30am, West Loop – Tori
Tuesday 11:15-11:45am, West Loop – Kiersten
Friday 1-1:30pm, West Loop – Tori
Friday 1-1:30pm, Northside – Kiersten
