An Irish Twist on a Classic Grill Favorite & House-Smoked Corned Beef

Weber Grill will honor the joyful celebration of St Patrick’s Day by incorporating an Irish-take on one of the restaurants’ most iconic dishes, Beer Can Chicken. Special for the holiday, Chef Larry Donahue will be transforming the succulent chicken dish into a true Irish feast by using Guinness to create the perfect au jus.

Chef Donahue will also be serving up a hand-trimmed Corned Beef that has been smoked with hickory wood for 10-12 hours, and then piled high on rye for a festive sandwich at lunch, and served with cabbage and potatoes at dinner.

Guinness Beer Can Chicken (available for lunch or dinner)
Grill Roasted ½ Chicken, Weber’s Beer Can Chicken Seasoning, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Guinness Sauce $18.00

House-Smoked Corned Beef Sandwich (available for lunch)
Thinly Sliced Corned Beef Piled on Marble Rye, Swiss Cheese, Horseradish Sauce, Creamy Coleslaw, Kettle Chips Regular $12.50, Large $14.50

House-Smoked Corned Beef (available for dinner)
Braised Cabbage, Grilled Carrots, Roasted Red Potatoes, Caramelized Smoked Onions, Creamy Horseradish Sauce $18.00

The St. Patrick’s Day Menu will be available for dine-in and carryout for both lunch and dinner on Thursday, March 12 through Wednesday, March 18. Reservations are recommended.
