Chef Yanitzin Sanchez launched her weekend brunch just in time for Easter and will continue the mid-day menu every Saturday and Sunday through Mother’s Day. Whether you stop by on Saturday or Sunday, the fusion of Mexican ingredients with French cooking techniques will be sure to impress any mom!

Mother’s Day Weekend Brunch

Huevos Rancheros
Poached eggs, ranchero sauce, beans puree and chipotle

Chicharron and Black Bean Crepes
Chiapaneco cheese, mushrooms, corn, asparagus and pumpkin flower

Stuffed Cactus
Goat cheese with tomato sauce

Huevos Trufados
Poached eggs over a bed of figs bacon, black truffle oil, Robert sauce

Sea Bass Veracruz (add $3.00)
Olives, tomatoes, capers, chayote risotto

Filet Mignon Chilaquiles Falso (add $5.00)
Tortilla crust over tomatillo sauce with fresco cheese, cream and caramelized onions

Saturday, May 12 and Sunday, May 13 from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.

$16.95 per person. Includes coffee, buñuelos (cinnamon crisps) and choice of entrée.
