Fois Gras & Fondue for fourteensixteen’s 1st Valentine’s Day Weekend

La Grange’s hotspot will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a five-course dinner holiday-goers will be sure to fall in love with. fourteensixteen will be buzzing with Chef Bret Bohning’s menu, available in its entirety or a la carte, featuring Valentine’s Day’s diners’ most sought-after ingredients.

Valentine’s Day menu includes:
Red wine poached pear, foie gras, Swiss chard, marcona almonds, roasted butternut squash $16

Mussel pot, tomato saffron broth, fennel, baguette $12

Pan seared duck breast, cranberry glaze, grilled sunchokes, citrus, house greens $26

Grilled beef tenderloin medallions, red wine reduction, roasted heirloom carrots, fried parsnip shavings, potato gallette $36

Interactive chocolate fondue served with seasonal fruits $10

The Valentine’s Day dishes are available as a 5-course tasting menu for $55 per person and with wine pairings for $75 per person. fourteensixteen’s new winter menu and cocktails will also be available. The Valentine’s Day Menu will run Friday, February 10 through Tuesday, February 14. Valentine’s Day menu is available for dine-in dinner only. Reservations are available beginning at 5 p.m.
