New 30-Minute Total Body Rowing Classes Offered at CrossTown Fitness This Fall

In just half an hour, the new Total Body Row classes at CrossTown Fitness (CTF) provide the most effective low impact workout with the highest results. CTF’s certified trainers will couple complementary sculpting exercises along with rowing to hit every part of your body for head-to-toe toning.

During the Total Body Row classes, high-intensity intervals alternate bursts of extreme activity with recovery exercises to increase aerobic capacity and efficiency. Rowing on CTF’s state-of-the-art rowing machines is form-centric to reduce the risk of injury while still providing a powerful workout from shoulders to calves. Each stroke on the row machines works 84% of one’s muscles for a true total body workout and maximum burn.
