The CryoBar, Chicago’s premier full service Cryotherapy spa, has opened it’s 3rd location in the West Loop at 1215 W. Madison Street. The new facility features the most innovative Cryotherapy services currently offered at the Bucktown and Lincoln Park locations with the addition of Compression Therapy and the city’s first full spectrum EMF rated Infrared Sauna.

The new West Loop location focuses on Cryotherapy services with restorative benefits from head to toe. Gallop to the 1st Annual Cinco de Derby Weekend at Broken Barrel Bar

When Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby land on the same weekend it calls for a celebration of both!

At Broken Barrel Bar’s Cinco de Derby fête on Saturday, guests are invited to wear their best over the top tea party hat or sombrero for the mixed-theme event. The Derby will be played throughout the bar and outdoor beer garden while Chef Bryant Anderson serves up festive food and drink specials.

Cinco de Derby specials include:

Whether you’re looking for an Easter brunch spot after church in Lincoln Park or just celebrating with a midday feast, Broken Barrel Bar will open for its 1st Annual Easter Sunday Brunch.

The outdoor beer garden, The Backyard at Broken Barrel Bar, will be open for dining and drinking as well as playing a game or two with the life-sized Jenga. In addition to the regular brunch menu, Chef Bryant Anderson will be serving four brunch specials along with $25 bottomless mimosas.
