Pinstripes Teams Up with Local Brewery, Flat Earth Brewing Company, for a Beer-Infused Four-Course Dinner

Join Pinstripes for an extraordinary evening of dinner and brews with local brewery Flat Earth Brewing Company. Best known as Saint Paul’s microbrewery ‘Brewing on the Edge,’ Flat Earth will showcase such popular brews as Belgian-Style Pale Ale and Angry Planet Pale Ale to perfectly pair with the seasonal menu created by Executive Chef Cesar Gutierrez. Get your taste buds ready for Chef Cesar’s creative menu including tuna tartare with a beer-infused aioli and beer battered frog legs! Franco Claseman, an ambassador for Flat Earth Brewing Company, will be in attendance to educate and enlighten you on each well crafted pairing throughout the dinner.
