Weber Grill Dishes out a New Year’s Eve One-Night-Only Menu and Champagne Cocktails

Weber Grill’s Executive Chef Larry Donahue invites guests to ring in the New Year in culinary style with luxury delights and sophisticated cocktails sure to get the taste buds celebrating as well. Donahue has crafted extraordinary menu items highlighting decadent ingredients from both land and sea available à la carte for lunch and dinner. Weber Grill’s bartenders will be welcoming 2014 by shaking up unique bubbly cocktails which can be enjoyed with the New Year’s Eve menu, regular dining menu or as a holiday toast.

New Year’s Eve Menu includes:  

STARTERS
Shrimp Bisque $6
Grill-Seared Ahi Tuna Tataki with Peanut Cabbage Slaw, Avocado, Wasabi Mayo, $11.50

ENTREES
Cedar Planked Scallops, $27
Wood Roasted Filet Mignon, $37
Pistachio Crusted Colorado Lamb Chops, $38
All Entrees Served with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus

New Year’s Eve Cocktails include:

Black Velvet – Deschutes Obsidian Stout topped with Champagne, $10
French 45 – Tanqueray Gin with Champagne served over ice, $10

This One-Night-Only menu will be available on New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31. Normal hours for lunch, and lunch menu will be available until 4:00 p.m. Dinner will be from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (extended hours) and the bar will be open until 12:30 a.m. Reservations are recommended.
